The flags were really poor quality. For the price I paid I expected to be thicker material with embroidered logos and stars, instead it was printed very cheaply and I will not be displaying this flag. It is a disgrace

FIRST, I'D LIKE TO SAY THAT MY HUSBAND SERVED HIS WHOLE LIFE IN THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE MILITARY. SO I ORDERED THIS FLAG FOR HIM AND THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE IT IN TIME FOR LABOR DAY. OVER A MONTH LATER, I EMAILED THEM BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOU NO TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING.
WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT MY ORDER THEY WERE RUDE. ON SEPTEMBER 14TH I INQUIRED AGAIN AND I WAS TOLD I WAS ISSUED A REFUND. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. SO I FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. AND PAYPAL.
THEY HIDE THEIR IDENTITY SO YOU DON'T KNOW WHO OWNS THE COMPANY OR WHERE IT'S LOCATED. A COMPANY THAT MAKES AMERICAN FLAGS IN OUR COUNTRY SHOULD BE EXTREMELY PROUD. THAT THEY MAKE THEM CANNOT HIDE THEIR IDENTITY. (PROBABLY ANOTHER CHINESE CHOP SHOP). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
THEN, THE VERY NEXT DAY, I GET 2 EMAILS BACK-TO-BACK. SENDING ME A LINK TO GET SOMETHING FREE. AND ORDER AGAIN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? SERIOUSLY.. I'M SUBMITTING ALL THIS INFORMATION TO MY CONGRESSMAN AND SENATOR BECAUSE I WANT THIS PLACE INVESTIGATED.

Very cheap. I would not buy again. We did the free deal and you charged $9.?? For shipping. The shipping label on the package said $1.96. Had I known I never would have bought. My husband got one too. Never again.
